Yuma, Ariz. - Exceptional Community Hospital – Yuma has appointed experienced healthcare leader Bryan Alvin Bautista, MSN, RN, CHPM, as Chief Nursing Officer (CNO), marking a key step in its commitment to advancing patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
In his new role, Bautista will oversee all nursing services, lead staff development initiatives, and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency. His leadership will be instrumental as the hospital continues to expand services and meet the growing healthcare needs of the Yuma community.

Bautista has two decades of hands-on healthcare experience and holds a Master of Science in Nursing with an emphasis in Leadership in Healthcare Systems. His background spans trauma and emergency medicine, medical-surgical nursing, and maternal and child health—equipping him with the skills and insight to lead nursing services with both compassion and precision.
