Maricopa, AZ — Exceptional Community Hospital – Maricopa is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Brad Russell Green, MD, as the new Medical Director. Dr. Green brings a wealth of experience in emergency medicine and medical leadership, previously serving as Assistant Medical Director at Exceptional Community Hospital and holding past Medical Director roles at Chandler Regional Medical Center, Covenant Health Hobbs Hospital and Carlsbad Medical Center. 

Dr. Green steps into the role as Dr. Paul Gilbert transitions to oversee our newest location in Prescott, AZ. Dr. Gilbert’s leadership and dedication have been instrumental in establishing a high standard of care at Exceptional Community Hospital – Maricopa, and we look forward to Dr. Green’s leadership to continue the positive momentum.

Dr. Green’s background includes notable achievements in emergency medicine, simulation education, and faculty positions at prestigious institutions, including New York University and The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. His extensive experience will be invaluable in furthering Exceptional Community Hospital’s commitment to excellence in patient care.

Dr. Green attended Brigham Young University for his undergraduate studies. He received his Doctor of Medicine degree from Georgetown University and completed his residency at Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York.

After you receive care at one of our hospitals, you may receive an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) from your insurance carrier. The EOB is NOT A BILL.

Depending on your health insurance carrier, you may be responsible for a copay, deductible, and co-insurance. Your health insurance carrier will process this for services rendered.
