Eloy, Arizona – Exceptional Community Hospital – Eloy is proud to announce that it has achieved accreditation from the Center for Improvement in Healthcare Quality (CIHQ), a national organization dedicated to helping healthcare providers meet the highest standards in patient safety and quality care.
Exceptional Community Hospital – Eloy has successfully met the requirements for Hospital Accreditation by demonstrating compliance with CIHQ Standards and the Conditions of Participation set forth by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.

Exceptional Community Hospital – Eloy staff have been preparing for the survey since the hospital opened on September 15, 2025. Preparations included actively reviewing policies, procedures, and conducting mock surveys to ensure that patient safety standards are continuously being met.
This recognition by CIHQ reflects the hospital’s continuous commitment to patient safety, quality care, and represents a significant milestone that validates the ongoing efforts of its dedicated staff to comply with nationally developed safety standards.
