In his new role, Vega will oversee market strategy, operational performance, and network development across the Arizona region for five Exceptional Community Hospitals. Vega brings a proven track record of executive leadership, deep operational expertise, and a strong commitment to advancing healthcare delivery across diverse markets.

With extensive experience in the healthcare sector, Vega has held several high-impact leadership positions throughout his career. Most recently, he served as Chief Executive Officer at Advantia Health and Women’s Health Arizona, where he led strategic growth initiatives, strengthened operational performance, and enhanced patient-centered care models.

Prior to these roles, he was an Operations Executive at Panoramic Health, contributing to nationwide expansion and operational optimization, and earlier served as Vice President of Business Development at Healthcare Outcomes Performance Co. He also built a strong foundation in healthcare operations and analytics through positions as Operations Manager and Senior Financial Analyst at MEDNAX.

Vega’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Notre Dame and a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing from the University of Arizona.
