JULY 18 – DALLAS, TX – Exceptional Healthcare, a Texas-based hospital group, has announced that it will break ground on Friday, July 22 on land purchased and subsequently approved for a community hospital for Prescott and the surrounding areas.
The 20,800-square-foot Phase 1 of the facility will be a community-based hospital and ER located at 4822 E. STATE ROUTE 69. The hospital will include outpatient services, imaging, in-house laboratory, and diagnostic services.

The hospital is projected to be completed with an opening date in late 2023 to early 2024. Mahboubi commented that Phase 1 would run about $25 million.
This is another testament to Exceptional Healthcare’s commitment to expanding access to high-quality community-based healthcare, building upon the group’s opening in 2021 of Exceptional Community Hospital – Maricopa and Exceptional Community Hospital – Yuma’s planned opening on August 15.
