Exceptional Community Hospital – Prescott has successfully met the requirements for Hospital Accreditation by demonstrating compliance with CIHQ Standards and the conditions of Participation by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.

Exceptional Community Hospital – Prescott staff have been preparing for the survey since the hospital opened on February 5, 2025. Preparations included actively reviewing policies, procedures, and conducting mock surveys to ensure that patient safety standards are continuously being met.

This recognition by CIHQ reflects the hospital’s continuous commitment to safety, quality patient care, and is a significant milestone that validates the ongoing efforts of its dedicated staff to comply with nationally developed safety standards.

After you receive care at one of our hospitals, you may receive an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) from your insurance carrier. The EOB is NOT A BILL.

Depending on your health insurance carrier, you may be responsible for a copay, deductible, and co-insurance. Your health insurance carrier will process this for services rendered.
