Biography

Dr. Stewart Da Silva serves as the Medical Director of Exceptional Healthcare Eloy, where he is committed to advancing patient-centered emergency care while fostering a culture of clinical excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. As a board-certified Emergency Medicine physician, Dr. Da Silva is passionate about building high-performing teams and ensuring every patient receives compassionate, efficient, and evidence-based care.

Dr. Da Silva earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine in Middletown, New York. He completed his Emergency Medicine residency at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center El Paso from 2020 to 2023, where he trained in a high-volume, Level I Trauma Center serving a diverse patient population. His residency provided extensive experience in managing complex medical, surgical, pediatric, and traumatic emergencies while emphasizing teamwork, leadership, and evidence-based medicine.

As Medical Director, Dr. Da Silva is dedicated to strengthening Exceptional Healthcare’s presence in Eloy and the surrounding communities by cultivating a culture of accountability, collaboration, and exceptional patient care. He believes that outstanding healthcare begins with empowered teams and strives to create an environment where physicians, nurses, and staff work together to deliver safe, efficient, and compassionate care.

Dr. Da Silva has a particular interest in healthcare innovation, physician leadership, and developing systems that improve the quality, accessibility, and future of patient care. He is passionate about identifying new approaches that enhance both the patient and provider experience while helping shape the future of modern healthcare delivery.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Da Silva enjoys spending time with his wife and their five children, traveling, staying active through fitness, and creating meaningful family adventures. Guided by a commitment to service, lifelong learning, and intentional leadership, he strives to make a lasting impact both within the hospital and throughout the communities he serves. He believes that exceptional healthcare is built on trust, humility, continuous improvement, and a genuine commitment to serving others.
