Biography

Russell is a seasoned and high-performing registered nurse with over 22 years of clinical experience. He has a proven track record of leading healthcare teams with a strong focus on improving quality outcomes, optimizing patient experience, and supporting professional development among staff. Russell’s leadership skills were showcased during his tenure as a House Supervisor RN at Paul’s Valley Medical Center (2017–2018), where he managed hospital-wide operations and ensured continuity of care. Prior to that, he served as an Emergency Department RN at Summit Regional Hospital (2016–2017) and spent 14 years at Integris Health (2002–2016), where he honed his clinical expertise in emergency care.

Russell earned his Master of Science in Nursing from Western Governors University in 2023, holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Central Oklahoma, and an Associate of Science in Nursing from Oklahoma State University. His strategic mindset and dedication to excellence continue to make a lasting impact in healthcare environments.
