Nat Rocha is a results-driven healthcare executive with over 15 years of leadership experience in revenue cycle management, patient access, and healthcare operations. He has successfully led multi-facility teams across major health systems, including Exceptional Healthcare, Prime Health Care, Baylor Health Care, and Tenet HealthCare. Nat specializes in optimizing revenue cycle performance, improving cash flow, streamlining billing operations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

As Revenue Cycle Director at Exceptional Healthcare, he oversees end-to-end revenue functions, implements quality assurance programs, and drives data-informed strategies that enhance operational efficiency and financial performance. His leadership is marked by a consistent track record of reducing A/R days, increasing point-of-service collections, and fostering staff development through mentorship and succession planning.

Nat holds a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Dallas, an MBA from Our Lady of the Lake University, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Texas at San Antonio. He is proficient in EPIC, Meditech, Cerner, and SAP, and is recognized for his collaborative, data-driven, and compliance-focused leadership approach.
