Biography
Miranda Webster, BSN, RN, is a dedicated healthcare leader with more than a decade of experience in emergency nursing and healthcare leadership. Her career began at the bedside, caring for patients in emergency and acute-care settings across the country, and has grown into a leadership role focused on improving healthcare for the communities she serves.
Miranda joined Exceptional Community Hospital in 2022 as an Emergency Department RN, advancing to Emergency Department Manager in 2024 and Chief Nursing Officer in 2026. In her current role, she oversees clinical operations and works alongside a multidisciplinary team to support high-quality, compassionate care for patients throughout the growing Maricopa community.
Having spent her career in patient care, Miranda understands the importance of making patients and families feel heard, respected, and cared for—especially during some of the most difficult moments of their lives. She is passionate about building strong healthcare teams, developing future nursing leaders, strengthening patient care, and ensuring that Exceptional Community Hospital continues to grow alongside the community it serves.
Beyond her professional role, Miranda has a strong commitment to community involvement and has participated in organizations and initiatives including the Maricopa Water Safety Coalition, Be Awesome Youth Coalition, Meals on Wheels, and community health events. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Missouri–Kansas City, with a minor in Healing & Humanities.
