Biography

Mark Novy is a licensed CPA in the state of Texas with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from The University of Texas at Arlington. Mark has been serving as Chief Financial Officer for Exceptional Healthcare, Inc. in Dallas, Texas since July 2022.

Prior to joining Exceptional Healthcare, Mark served in various leadership roles including Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Finance, Chief Accounting Officer and Controller for hospitals and healthcare companies. Over his career, Mark has provided strategic leadership in finance, accounting, and operational functions with key contributions in strategic planning, financial reporting, and management to increase shareholder value and profitable growth in multi-site locations.

With his demonstrated history of notable achievement and more than 30 years of experience in the healthcare Industry, Mark contributes to the overall strategic and operational goals of Exceptional Healthcare through innovative leadership and financial accountability.

We also accept all insurance plans, including Medicare, Medicaid, and TRICARE. Even if we are out of network with your insurance, we will honor your in-network benefits in accordance with the Federal No Surprises Act.

After you receive care at one of our hospitals, you may receive an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) from your insurance carrier. The EOB is NOT A BILL.

Depending on your health insurance carrier, you may be responsible for a copay, deductible, and co-insurance. Your health insurance carrier will process this for services rendered.
