Kelly Meshkoff, MSN
Kelly Meshkoff Profile

Biography

Kelly Meshkoff, MSN, brings a diverse and passionate background to her role, blending decades of entrepreneurial experience with a deep commitment to healthcare. Her professional journey began in real estate development alongside her father, where they built and developed properties along the Colorado River—an experience that sparked her lasting love for both Bullhead City and Laughlin, Arizona.

Although real estate was her first career, nursing has always been her true calling. Kelly began her medical journey as an EMT, working in the emergency room while attending nursing school. After earning her nursing degree in 2007, she gained experience across multiple specialties including medical-surgical, ICU, orthopedics, skilled nursing, education, emergency care, and flight nursing. Her career naturally progressed into leadership and education, where she became known for her hands-on, collaborative leadership style, working alongside her staff to ensure quality care and a supportive environment.

In August 2023, Kelly joined Exceptional Health Care and was drawn to the company’s strong corporate leadership and its team-oriented, floor-level management approach. She has since played a key role in building and growing the organization’s presence in Bullhead City, contributing to a culture grounded in excellence and teamwork.

Kelly and her husband reside in Mohave Valley, a community they are proud to call home.
