Prior to joining Exceptional Healthcare as the Regional Director of Business Development in April 2021. Freshteh has built over a decade of leadership experience in healthcare startups and executive management. Serving in roles such as founder, director, regional leader, chief marketing officer, and shareholder. Freshteh has played a key role in launching and scaling multiple healthcare companies across different markets. From raising capital and developing operational infrastructure to building high-performing teams and forming partnerships with CEOs and investors, Freshteh has consistently helped organizations move from concept to successful execution.

With a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Freshteh combines a strong academic foundation with real-world leadership in fast-paced, high-growth healthcare environments. Passionate about innovation in healthcare, Freshteh is driven by a commitment to improving access to quality care, building sustainable growth strategies, and mentoring teams to deliver results.
