Biography

Prior to joining Exceptional Healthcare as the Regional Director of Business Development in April 2021. Freshteh has built over a decade of leadership experience in healthcare startups and executive management. Serving in roles such as founder, director, regional leader, chief marketing officer, and shareholder. Freshteh has played a key role in launching and scaling multiple healthcare companies across different markets. From raising capital and developing operational infrastructure to building high-performing teams and forming partnerships with CEOs and investors, Freshteh has consistently helped organizations move from concept to successful execution.

With a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Freshteh combines a strong academic foundation with real-world leadership in fast-paced, high-growth healthcare environments. Passionate about innovation in healthcare, Freshteh is driven by a commitment to improving access to quality care, building sustainable growth strategies, and mentoring teams to deliver results. In her role at Exceptional Healthcare, Freshteh  continues to lead business development efforts with a focus on regional expansion, strategic partnerships, and long-term success

We also accept all insurance plans, including Medicare, Medicaid, and TRICARE. Even if we are out of network with your insurance, we will honor your in-network benefits in accordance with the Federal No Surprises Act.

After you receive care at one of our hospitals, you may receive an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) from your insurance carrier. The EOB is NOT A BILL.

Depending on your health insurance carrier, you may be responsible for a copay, deductible, and co-insurance. Your health insurance carrier will process this for services rendered.
