Biography

Farrah Epplen’s career in healthcare began in 2010. Farrah established a strong foundation in radiology after earning an Associate Degree in Applied Radiology Science. Building on this expertise, she completed a Bachelor of Radiology Science in 2011. Farrah is also board certified and licensed in X-ray and CT.

During her academic journey, Farrah was honored with membership in the Lambda Nu Arizona Theta Chapter and recognized on several Presidential Honor’s Lists for outstanding academic achievement.

Throughout her career, Farrah has held several key leadership roles within hospital organizations, where she played a pivotal role in opening numerous new locations and developing high standards for radiology services. Since joining EHC in August 2021, Farrah has been instrumental in opening and overseeing all radiology departments across each of the organization’s operating facilities, ensuring excellence in patient care and operational efficiency.

Depending on your health insurance carrier, you may be responsible for a copay, deductible, and co-insurance. Your health insurance carrier will process this for services rendered.
