Biography

Brooke Mason is a seasoned healthcare professional with over 20 years of experience in the medical field. A 1992 graduate of Palestine High School, she continued her education at Trinity Valley Community College, where she developed a passion for patient-centered care. Brooke began her career in healthcare in 2000 and has remained dedicated to helping others ever since.

She joined Exceptional Healthcare in 2020 as a PRN Patient Access Associate. Through hard work, a positive attitude, and a strong commitment to excellence, she steadily advanced within the organization, earning her current position as Regional Patient Access Manager. In this leadership role, Brooke oversees patient access operations across multiple locations, ensuring smooth, compassionate, and efficient experiences for all patients and their families.

Brooke is known for her empathy, leadership, and dedication to her team and the communities she serves. Her favorite part of the job continues to be working closely with patients and supporting them however she can. Outside of work, Brooke is a proud mother and grandmother. Her son and granddaughter are her greatest inspirations, motivating her to lead with kindness, professionalism, and integrity every day.

We also accept all insurance plans, including Medicare, Medicaid, and TRICARE. Even if we are out of network with your insurance, we will honor your in-network benefits in accordance with the Federal No Surprises Act.

After you receive care at one of our hospitals, you may receive an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) from your insurance carrier. The EOB is NOT A BILL.

Depending on your health insurance carrier, you may be responsible for a copay, deductible, and co-insurance. Your health insurance carrier will process this for services rendered.
