Biography

Amber Lester serves as the Vice President of Marketing at Exceptional Healthcare Inc., bringing over two decades of experience in healthcare marketing and strategic communications. Since November 2023, she has been instrumental in executing marketing strategies to support Exceptional Healthcare’s mission and vision at the corporate and market level.

Prior to her current role, Amber held leadership positions in prominent healthcare institutions. From 2013 to 2023, she was the Director of Marketing at Texoma Medical Center in Sherman, Texas, where she developed and implemented comprehensive marketing initiatives for acute, subacute and ambulatory services in North Texas and Southern Oklahoma. Earlier in her career, she served as the Director of Public Relations at Medical Center Health System and as the Director of Marketing & Communications at United Way of Odessa. Her diverse background also includes experience in secondary education where she worked as the Speech & Debate Coach at Permian High School in Odessa, Texas.

Amber earned her Master of Business Administration with a focus on Healthcare Management from the University of Texas at Tyler. She also holds a Bachelor of Mass Communications degree from The University of Texas Permian Basin and a secondary teaching certification.

Based in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, Amber is passionate about leveraging strategic marketing to drive organizational growth, enhance patient engagement and elevate the organization’s brand presence.
